(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based investment accounting software.– Proposals for a third–party solution to provide accounting, tracking, and risk management for the cash management investment pool.– Software must meet the requirements:– Cloud–based solution.– Must be able to accept manual trade entry.– Must be able to provide annual system and organization controls report.– Accounting software, including its core functionalities and modules.– Software’s ability to generate custom reports and dashboards.– Software supports the accounting and reporting of fixed income portfolio by asset type.– Software supports investment income forecasting.– Software supports financial analysis for bond maturity and reinvestment related activities.– Software processes maturities, callable, early liquidation of fixed income securities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
