LAUSD is seeking qualified firms (“Proposer” or “Consultant”) in support of Facilities Asset Management to provide appraisal services in the following areas of specialization: I. Real property appraisals II. Real property appraisal review III. Fixtures and equipment IV. Goodwill/business valuation Proposers must submit a separate proposal for each area of specialization that the proposer offers to provide services to the District. Proposer may submit for as many areas it desires.
