RECY-7473 - USA (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) - Waste and Recycling Planning and Analyis Service - Deadline July 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide waste and recycling planning and analyis service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.    – To assist with various planning and analysis activities and performing trash and recycling sorting studies to set new waste and recycling policy.– The recycling and waste sorting studies, collection and disposal system analyses will be integrated with data used to index the City’s recycling processing contract rate and evaluating disposal contract alternatives.– Submission and approval – Completion of quarterly recycling sorts of curbside recyclable materials– Completion of a Waste Composition Study– Continue planning and development of organics diversion strategies– Continue planning and development of new zero waste strategies    – Assist with evaluation various pilot program designed to improve collection efficiencies(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
