CSE-24532 - USA (Charleston, West Virginia) - Internal Cameras and Sensors Supplies - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide internal cameras and sensors supplies to the government authority located in Charleston, WV. - Installation of up to fifty (50) Interior Security Cameras: Cisco Meraki MV22X network surveillance dome camera or equal.– All proposed equipment will be new, commercially available, and supported by the manufacturer. The vendor shall identify the manufacturer, model number, and supporting documentation for any proposed alternate or “equal” product.– Minimum Field of view: Horizontal 36–112°, Vertical 20–57°, Diagonal 42° – 138°.– Shutter speed range: 1/30 second to 1/32,000 second.– Built–in motion analytics, minimum: motion search, motion recap, motion heat maps.– Management encryption and two–factor authentication.– Browser–based access without requiring client software, or browser plug–ins.- Installation of up to five (5) Exterior Security Cameras: Cisco Meraki MV63X network surveillance dome camera or equal.– Minimum Field of view: Horizontal 101.3°, Vertical 54.4°, Diagonal 119.7°.– Shutter speed range: 1/30 second to 1/32,000 second.– Audio recording supported with minimum of 3 built–in microphones.– Minimum 512GB high endurance solid state storage.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 08, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
