(1) Vendor needs to provide exterior signage services.• To provide and install exterior signage at three buildings that meets the technical and safety.• Develop a proposed signage solution, including detailed drawings that clearly depict the work to be performed.• Provide a comprehensive list of all equipment, parts, materials, fasteners, mounting hardware, sealants, and other items required for installation.• Provide all equipment, tools, lifts, safety equipment, and resources necessary to install the exterior signage.• Provide Gemini brand letters, or an equivalent product.• Ensure all exterior signage materials are weather–resistant, UV–resistant, and suitable for exterior installation in the local environmental conditions.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business
