Description

The Work under this Project consists of the removal of the existing 27 aerators and air lines from the Western Branch and Lake Prince reservoirs. The Work includes removal and disposal of the existing compressors and associated piping, appurtances, and electrical panels in both the Western Branch and Lake Prince compressors stations. The Work includes site preparation, concrete pad construction, and electrical supply for the Liquid Oxygen System (LOX) to be provided and installed by Others. The Work includes trenching, bedding, and covering the new air lines (to be provided and installed by Others) from the LOX system to the reservoir. The Work includes providing and installing two concrete vaults, one at each reservoir along the new airlines.
