Vendor needs to provide network coordination services.• Setting up meeting dates well in advance, ensuring venues and other suppliers (as required) are booked and liaising with the appropriate contact as required.• Selecting the appropriate theme, content and speaker for each meeting, ensuring that these are relevant, appealing to members and are of the highest possible standard.• Attending and running each individual network meeting, coordinating the speaker, any other suppliers and encouraging and facilitating networking among the attendees.• Managing the membership database and associated records, ensuring members fees are received promptly and managed professionally.• Sourcing, recruiting and inviting new guests to the network as potential members, ensuring that they are encouraged and provided with opportunity to join the network.• Managing all digital promotion, to include social media planning, content capture and publication, ensuring good engagement, together with issuing of frequent newsletters as is required to promote the network and its activities.• Providing information to members and guests on the supports available from agency (such as funding, training and mentoring support) and other enterprise support agencies as appropriate.
