Description
The University of Leeds requires a supplier to provide Christmas trees, lights and associated works across the University estate. The requirement includes the supply, delivery, installation, testing, maintenance, call-out support, removal and any associated works necessary to provide safe, high-quality and visually appropriate Christmas displays. Tenderers must be able to deliver within the required seasonal programme, coordinate effectively with University stakeholders, manage health and safety risks, minimise disruption to students, staff, visitors and University operations, and meet all requirements set out in the full tender pack. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
