26-07 CIPP LINING REHABILITATION PROJECT

The City of Delaware Public Utilities Department is undertaking a sanitary sewer rehabilitation project in the following areas: - Sunnyview Farms (Section 7): Cobblestone Drive, Hearthstone Drive, Boulder Drive, Pebble Place, and Firestone Drive. - North Union Street Alley - Oakhurst Subdivision: Oakhurst Drive, Sylvan Drive, Kensington Drive, and Bruce Road. Scope of Work The project involves rehabilitating existing sanitary sewer mains using Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining. The scope includes: Sewer Preparation: Light cleaning, trimming of protruding service laterals, and other preparatory work as specified in the contract. Operations & Inspection: Lateral reinstatement, sewer videotaping and inspection, and sewage pumping. Additional Work: Any other measures necessary to fulfill all contract requirements.
