(1) Vendor needs to provide security enhancements services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA.– Upgrades include the installation of card readers, an intercom system, light poles and CCTV cameras at the entrance in front of the new security gates.– Construct security related upgrades at the main entrance to the including fencing, installation of vehicular swing gates, manual gates, pedestrian gates.– Work also includes the electrical infrastructure to support security upgrades and communications integration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory site tour will be held on August 31, 2026.
