(1) Vendor needs to provide high–resolution aerial ortho imagery and optional geospatial products supplies to the government authority located in Washington. • Full–county imagery coverage.• Partial–county imagery coverage, as shown in Exhibit A.• Annual acquisition and biennial acquisition schedules.• Optional four–band RGB/NIR imagery.• Optional classified point–cloud data in LAZ format.• Optional Digital Surface Model and Digital Terrain Model products in GeoTIFF format.– Imagery should be collected under conditions that support clear, consistent, and usable imagery, including:• Leaf–off conditions, unless otherwise approved by the County.• Zero or minimal snow cover.• Minimal cloud cover, cloud shadow, smoke, haze, fog, or other atmospheric interference.• No widespread temporary flooding or other abnormal surface conditions that materially reduce usability.• Adequate sun angle to limit excessive shadowing.– Provide separate optional pricing for four–band imagery containing red, green, blue, and near–infrared bands.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
