(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach and media services to serve all city residents who qualify, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, or sexual orientation, with focused expertise to meet the unique cultural needs of city residents suffering disparate and negative impacts from public health related issues.– Electronic outreach. This includes but is not limited to e–newsletters, websites, blogs, and social media.– Print and other promotional material. This includes but is not limited to mailings, posters, advertisements, and signage.– On–the–ground community outreach. This includes but is not limited to tabling at community events, attending community groups’ meetings, and door–to–door flyering.– Media relations. This includes but is not limited to marketing campaigns, TV/radio/billboard advertisements, and ethnic news media outreach.– Focus groups. Facilitate focus groups with community stakeholders and conduct assessments to develop effective, culturally appropriate messaging for marketing material and campaigns.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
