Vendor needs to provide physical access control system to the government authority located in WA.– Software Includes:– Software shall allow monitoring of video cameras installed in the area, specifically at the entrances into the office area.– Software allows remote unlatching of the main door, pending visitors ringing a doorbell.– Hardware Includes:– Video cameras installed at locations, at entrances into the office area.– Doorbell solution at the main entrance to the office area.– Workstations or servers as necessary to run the software solution and store up to 60 days of video data.– Services includes:– Labor for low voltage cabling as necessary for the new hardware.– Labor for data cabling as necessary for new hardware, terminated in the telecom closet, cabling.– Labor to install and configure the software solution, and configure hardware interfaces.
