(1) Vendor needs to provide child welfare psychological evaluation services to the government authority located in Ukiah, CA.• The Agency seeks Contractors with demonstrated experience in child welfare, trauma–informed practices, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ inclusive assessment to support case planning, safetyassessment, court decision–making, and permanency outcomes.• Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations – Clinical interviews with clients and collateral contacts. – Review of relevant records, including court documents, medical/mental–health records, agency reports, prior evaluations, and collateral information. – Administration of standardized psychological, cognitive, or behavioural testing instruments as clinically appropriate. – Assessment of mental health symptoms, trauma history, risk factors, substance use, developmental functioning, parenting capacity, strengths, and protective factors. – Clinical impressions and diagnoses consistent with DSM–5 or subsequent editions. • Psychological Observations – Structured observation of client behavior in office, telehealth, community, or family environments. – Documentation of behavioral functioning, emotional regulation, communication patterns, relational interactions, and safety–related concerns. • Professional Consultation – Case–specific clinical consultation and recommendations to agency. – Written and/or verbal clinical feedback regarding assessment findings and case planning needs. – Participation in case planning discussions when requested.
