(1) Vendor needs to provide city manager recruitment services to the government authority located in Arapahoe, CO.– City Manager to lead the organization and administer affairs of the City. – The City Manager has six (6) direct reports: four (4) department directors, including Administration and Finance, Community Development, Police, and Public Works, and two (2) managers, including Communications and Outreach and Human Resources.– The City Manager also oversees the following City services: general government, municipal court, parks and recreation, and water and sewer. Currently, there are sixty–two (62) full–time employees, one (1) part–time employee, and up to seven (7) seasonal employees per year.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
