(1) Vendor needs to provide mechanical and structural engineering continuing services to the government authority located in Lake Buena Vista, FL.  – Professional engineering firm to provide structural engineering consulting services under a continuing services agreement (CSA) to support future district projects.– Services provided for structural and mechanical engineering continuing services may include limited to the following structural engineering consulting services.– General engineering services– Planning, studies and assessments– Structural engineering design and analysis– Water, wastewater, and reclaimed water facilities– Process and mechanical equipment support– Existing facilities evaluation and rehabilitation– Construction documents and technical deliverables– Construction phase and post design services– Programmatic and on call support(2) The contract period will be for three years.
