(1) Vendor needs to provide public and media relations services.– Secure media coverage:– Collaborate with the action fund team on the scheduling of media interviews and opportunities and serve as the lead liaison with target media outlets.– Serve as a key strategic thought partner for the Action Fund on the timing, format, and targets of the related pitches.– Strategic advisory:– Provide strategic guidance and operational support on all aspects of earned and paid media coverage, select promotional campaigns, Action Fund staff’s speaking engagements, etc.– Build and maintain relationships with journalists and editors in national, regional, industry–related, and Black–owned media outlets.– Conduct periodical media training sessions to prepare action fund spokespeople for speaking opportunities, interviews, and other media–facing engagements.– Media coverage analysis and reporting:– Monthly media coverage report related to the Action Fund, its spokespeople, and their work.– Library of performance reports or metrics over time.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
