(1) Vendor needs to provide construction materials quality testing and subsurface exploration services to the government authority located in Laredo, TX. – Perform geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing for Construction Projects for the city.– Proctor sampling, sieve analysis, atterberg limits, wet ball mill test.– Density control testing, bi nuclear method for subgrade, base material, caliche, black base and asphalt.– Laboratory services may include subsurface explorations, if required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
