EXTRA-76939 - USA (Kiawah Island, South Carolina) - Municipal Advisory Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal advisory services to the government authority located in Kiawah Island, SC. – Assist the agency with the planning, structuring, procurement, and issuance, and closing of one or more debt obligations for approved capital projects.– Provide the services reasonably necessary to complete the financing.– Assist, consult, and advise the agency in the development of a plan of finance and implementation of such plan for the debt obligations to be issued for the agency:• Development of documentation prerequisite to the issuance of the debt such as:– Optimum financing structures to accomplish numerous agency initiatives including the legal and funding vehicle to accomplish the greatest number of such initiatives.– Develop the broadest possible interest among potential purchasers of the obligations, oversee the actual sale and closing on the obligations issued, including a recommendation by the municipal advisor to accept, reject or renegotiate the proposals and assist the agency in the procurement of various types of professional services required in connection with the issuance of the obligations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
