(1) Vendor needs to provide respite program coordination and caregiver support group services to the government authority located in Kingston, NY.– Provide coordination services for facilitating social respite care, recruiting and training volunteers, screening potential receivers of care, and reporting measurable outcomes.– Various respite services, including to, volunteer and caregiver training and out–of–home respite (day) programming, which will include overseeing the group social respite program.– Provide and facilitate caregiver support groups and provide resources and information for caregivers.– Caregiver support groups may be held in–person or virtually.
