(1) Vendor needs to provide structural sustainability survey service to the government authority located in Pensacola, FL. – Conduct a structural condition assessment on agency. – The bulkhead wall, situated adjacent to and warehouse, is constructed of steel sheet piling with a concrete cap and extends approximately 645 feet in length.– This bulkhead is stabilized with approximately 126 pre–cast pre–stressed concrete batter piles that tie into the concrete cap near the waterline. – The concrete dock is supported by approximately 295 pre–cast pre–stressed 18–inch square piling.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. (3) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.
