(1) Vendor needs to provide outside collections provider services to the government authority located in Maine.– Serve as outside collections services provider, performing loan collection activities on behalf of agency, and in some cases on behalf of other State agencies for whom agency provides loan administration services.– loans in question are largely unsecured, education related consumer loans.– Agency has a portfolio of over $80MM of education loans(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
