INSU-6534 - USA (St. Louis, Missouri) - Group Insurance Consulting Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide group insurance consulting services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. • Evaluate group medical, dental, vision, and voluntary prepaid legal, and identity protection insurance plans offered to retired members, survivors and eligible dependents, the majority of whom have Medicare as their primary medical insurance.• Provide knowledge and assistance regarding Medicare benefits, including Medicare coordination of benefits, Medicare Advantage coverage and plans and Medicare Part D coverage and plans.• Assist in the resolution of escalated insurance claims issues for retirees and survivors of the fund and insurance carrier customer service issues• Provide assistance in designing and updating various communication materials, including open enrollment guide, new retiree insurance guide, annual comprehensive financial report, and other informational materials, as needed.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
