(1) Vendor needs to provide AI–based staff development and professional learning platform. • AI–based staff development and professional learning platform that delivers real–time, district–aligned support to all employees, both certified and classified.• AI tools, the selected platform must integrate directly with specific policies, curriculum, instructional frameworks, technology systems, and operational documents.• Scalable solution that moves professional learning beyond one–time workshops toward on–demand, job–embedded support, including everyday guidance, interactive practice opportunities, and timely professional growth, available to every employee in the course of their daily work.• Platform access & core features: full access to an ai mentoring environment containing• Tool assist guidance: delivers real–time support on how and when to best utilize internal district technology tools to ensure strong implementation adoption.• District Integration: Secure ingestion or API mapping of materials (instructional frameworks, policy binders, and curriculum models) with automated daily, weekly, or monthly update processing• Accountability & analytics: assignment of a dedicated account manager, monthly and quarterly review touchpoints, and granular usage analytics identifying professional learning engagement patterns and content adoption trends.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
