Vendor needs to provide youth anti–violence support programming services to the government authority located in Ohio.• Monthly pro–social engagements: Plan and facilitate one monthly youth engagement activity that promotes positive relationship building, conflict resolution, leadership development, and other pro–social behaviours.• Activities should be culturally responsive, youth–cantered, trauma responsive, and designed to strengthen community connections.• Episodic response support: Provide flexible, rapid response programming when requested in response to an increase in youth violence or heightened community concerns at a specific location within the city as directed by staff.• Services may include engagement, conflict de–escalation, outreach, resource navigation, and training and education to youth and parents.• Collaboration and coordination: Coordinate with program staff and community stakeholders to align services with existing programming, share updates, and ensure collaboration.• Reporting: Submit brief summaries of monthly activities and any episodic response efforts, including participant engagement, services provided, outcomes, and any recommendations for continued support.
