CONS-24233 - USA (Glendale, California) - Professional Design Services - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design services to the government authority located in Glendale, CA. • PS&E shall be provided at levels of completion of approximately 30%,60%, 90%, and Final 100%. The City will provide review comments at each of these design stages. It is expected that 100% plans will be complete to include comments and input from all stakeholders.• Distributing Utility Notices B & C (30% and 90% PS&E completion, respectively).• Coordinating with utility companies to resolve design issues and conflicts, if any.• Prepare Studies as applicable for each trade (i.e., Hydrology Study, Traffic Circulation Study, etc.).• Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for construction, as necessary.– Obtain and review available reports, maps, data, infrastructure improvement plans, and any applicable previous studies that have been conducted in the vicinity of the Project site.– Perform and coordinate all surveys and mapping necessary to define the existing property boundaries for the Project. This should include mapping of existing easements and restricted areas.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
