(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.     – Clean entrance and exit glass doors (vestibule area), interior doors, glass, and partitions.– Sweep and clean debris from entrance and exit.– Clean and sanitize drinking fountains and breakroom sinks.    – Clean elevator walls and vacuum; clean tracks.– Clean and sanitize exterior sides of fixtures.– Wash windows inside and outside.– Clean mirror glass.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
