(1) Vendor needs to provide chief school business official mentoring services to financial management, reporting, compliance, and daily operational responsibilities to the government authority located in Marshall, WV.1. Provide a minimum of two points of contact per month, with each contact lasting at least one (1) hour.2. Provide a minimum of one in–person point of contact per month, unless otherwise approved due to extenuating circumstances.3. Participate with staff in any mandatory in–person mentoring or training sessions, conducted during the workday unless otherwise directed.4. Develop quarterly progress reports in collaboration with the agency, outlining areas of support provided, progress made, future focus areas, and goals.5. Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.6. Assist with budget development and management.7. Assist with the preparation and understanding of requirements.8. Assist with the preparation of notes to financial statements.9. Assist with fixed asset schedules and depreciation schedules.10. Assist with fiduciary fund statements, as applicable.11. Provide training and support.12. Assist with reconciliation of accounts in agency.13. Assist in the preparation of documentation for external audits.14. Assist with the development of financial presentations for Board of Education meetings.15. Provide additional assistance in other financial or operational areas as needed throughout the year.
