(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering consulting support services to advise and assist with reporting of a fate and transport study to the government authority located in Spokane, WA.– Engineering consulting services are requested to support this effort by providing guidance in developing a roadmap that establishes a clear framework for investigation and decision–making, as well as developing a summary report of pfas system–wide quarterly sampling events, to be conducted by the city’s sampling staff and analyzed by a third–party laboratory.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
