Continuation of a project and amendment to existing Agreement for design services. Work completed for Phase 1 has a direct interface from a design perspective and linked to continued work for Phase 2 where it is essential to have the current consultant continue the work for technical reasons as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing services procured under the initial procurement as well as maintaining a clear, single-point design accountability including a professional liability & standard of care across both phases.
