(1) Vendor needs to provide fit, focused and friendly marketing and advertising campaign services.– Provide program designed to encourage school–aged children to become more physically active, socially engaged, and involved in healthy recreational activities.– Vendor will serve as a strategic partner responsible for campaign planning, creative development, media strategy, campaign implementation, and performance measurements.– Full–service advertising and marketing agency to plan, develop, implement, manage, and evaluate a statewide campaign for the Fit Focus and Friendly campaign or program.– Successful campaign will inspire children and families to embrace healthier lifestyles by making physical activity fun, accessible, and rewarding.– Thorough compelling storytelling, strategic media placement, and meaningful community engagement, the Fit Focused and Friendly campaign should become a recognizable, timely and trusted movement that effectively encourages every child, regardless of background, to be active, connected, and confident.– provide sufficient staffing, expertise, project management, creative services, media services, production support, community–engagement support, and performance reporting to complete the work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
