(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown signage and wayfinding fabrication and installation project services.– Shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, shop drawings, submittals, permits, licenses, insurance, bonds, supervision, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to fabricate, deliver, install, and commission the complete downtown signage and wayfinding system ready for immediate use• Prepare and submit detailed shop drawings for all sign types, including any modifications or refinements needed for field conditions, for City review and approval prior to fabrication. Include material specifications, colors (Pantone or approved match), fonts, finishes, lighting/electrical details, foundation/anchorage details, and mounting hardware.• Submit samples of materials, finishes, colors, and LED display mockups or specifications for approval.• Fabricate all signs exactly per the designs, details, materials, and specifications in the Construction Documents (sign families B–F, including vehicular directional, district, street ID, parking, and building ID signs.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
