Gateway Signage

This project is for Gateway Signage for the City of Edgewood. We have included Primary Gateway Signage, Primary Gateway Signage Solar Power Options, Secondary Gateway Signage and Tertiary Gateway Signage. The construction documents will contain all details for the signs and are attached for download. Please note there are two design documents that have information pertaining to the signs to be made; 1. Branding and Gateway Signage and 2. Signage Elements Presidents Park Bandstand Signage. Included in the Gateway Signage document is masonry work to be completed before those signs can be installed. Once we award the signage bid it is our intention to bid the masonry work. But if a contractor or sign company would like to do both the signs and the masonry work we have included the masonry construction work as an alternate in the bid pricing form. It will be allowed if companies want to partner in making the signs and also doing the construction masonry work. It is also possible the City awards the signs to one company/bidder and the alternate masonry work to another company/bidder.
