CLEANING-14409 - USA (Albemarle, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Albemarle, NC.• Cleaning Service Task– Empty all trashcans.– Replace trashcan liners.– Deposit all trash and boxes in dumpster.– Clean countertops, sink and floor in kitchen.– Dust all ledges, sills and partitions to keep clean and free of dust.– Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces.– Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs.– Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns (HVAC registers and returns), Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions.– Damp wipe and polish all chrome surfaces.– Clean and shine all chrome fixtures including drinking fountains and molding– Wash and dry all interior and exterior glass.– Dust all Venetian blinds.– Wash and dry all Venetian blinds. Blinds must be removed from windows.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 10, 2026.
