(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical service to the government authority located in Lowell, MA.– Provide upgrading the site's electrical infrastructure by installing new electrical services and metering, replacing existing distribution equipment, converting dwelling units from gas to electric appliances through coordinated gas service modifications, and installing new building–mounted site lighting with emergency power backup.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.
