(1) Vendor needs to provide credit and liquidity facilities services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.– Offer credit, liquidity, or alternative credit facilities to support its variable rate bonds and commercial paper notes.– Purchase bonds and notes directly.– Providers are not required to submit proposed terms or pricing for any specific facility or bonds at the time of pre–qualification.– Providers’ credit ratings will be subject to re–confirmation at the time of any proposal to ensure continued compliance with the commission’s minimum rating requirements.– All credit facilities and direct purchases, and the providers selected to deliver them, will be subject to commission approval.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
