TRANSLATION-8300 - USA (Massachusetts) - Foreign Language Interpretation and Translation Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide foreign language interpretation and translation services. – Provide accurate translation/interpretation services. – Provide both written translation services and interpretation services on an as needed basis to the agency.• Interpretation services:– Interpretation services available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm) and at other times as required for a term to begin September 21, 2026.– Foreign language interpretation and translation services including any extensions or options to renew such contract, presently set to expire on June 30, 2032, an as needed basis and scheduled based upon the agency’s need.– Interpreters will need to be audible by all parties and may be recorded or transcribed as needed.– Interpretation services may include in–person, telephonic or video remote.• Translation services:– Translation of agency provided documents.– Quality assurance/control of agency documents that have already been translated.• Clear process to request interpretation and translation services.• Provide a detailed, easy to understand quote in a timely manner.• Provide quick clarification as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
