Description
The Tampa Bay Rays ("Rays") in cooperation with the City of St. Petersburg, seek to engage a qualified firm to provide professional Design-Build services in the architectural design, engineering, permitting and construction of one or more event parking garages to serve a new Major League Baseball ballpark in St. Petersburg. The Design-Build Firm shall participate in the design process, construction cost estimating and constructability services, value engineering analysis, obtaining permits, creating and managing the schedule, performing construction services and commissioning. All Design-Build Firms must be licensed to practice as general contractors in the State of Florida pursuant to Chapter 489 Florida Statues by the submittal date for proposals. The project consists of design and construction of one or more structured event parking garages each expected to include between 500 and 1,500 parking spaces, and future ground floor uses that may include retail or other business use.
