The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library, intends to contract for Internet Access and WAN Connectivity for the Public Library Internet Consortium Members of Indiana. It is the intent of IDOA to solicit responses in accordance with the requirements of all documents associated with this opportunity. This solicitation is posted to the IDOA Bidding Opportunities website, at https://www.in.gov/idoa/procurement/current-business-opportunities/. All documents associated with this request are posted with the FCC Form 470 application on the Universal Service website. It is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider to check for any addenda that may be issued. . The Indiana State Library Consortium seeks Internet Access and Data Transmission Services beginning July 1, 2027. We seek symmetrical bandwidth at 10+/-Mbps scalable to 10+/-Gbps. We also seek WAN Connectivity Services beginning July 1, 2027. We seek symmetrical bandwidth at 10+/-Mbps scalable to 2+/-Gbps. We require guaranteed throughput to each library location, and laddered pricing, as listed on Attachment D in all bids and contracts. Be advised that bandwidth may increase over the life of this contract. Products MAY NOT contain monthly data caps or bandwidth/speed reduction due to metered usage. This project will be contingent upon successfully obtaining E Rate funding, and the contract agreement must recognize that contingency. . PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE A pre-proposal conference will be held both in-person and virtually.
