(1) Vendor needs to provide parking garage emergency lighting renovation service to the government authority located in St. Augustine, FL. – Provide the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to perform emergency lighting renovation.– The work includes removal of all emergency lighting, fixtures, associated conduit and wiring, and the installation of new fixtures, inverters, panels, photocells, conduit, and wiring.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
