Vendor needs to provide Electronic Health Record (EHR) build guides development service. – Provide subject matter expert or specialized partner organization to lead the development of draft Electronic Health Record (EHR) Build Guides aligned with the Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) Patient Safety Bundles.– Services include the following activity areas:• EHR Build Guide Draft Development: Author comprehensive draft EHR Build Guides aligned directly with Patient Safety Bundle elements for four specific topic areas: Obstetric Haemorrhage, Perinatal Mental Health Conditions, Care for Pregnant and Postpartum Patients with Substance Use Disorder, and Severe Hypertension in Pregnancy.• Technical Context and Content Integration: Provide relevant background, narrative introduction, clinical context, and technical links within each guide to ensure usability across clinical EHR platforms.• Iterative Refinement and Alignment: Participate in biweekly working meetings with the Center team to review feedback, perform edits, and finalize each guide according to project milestone timelines.
