(1) Vendor needs to provide survey equipment and software. • Provide a complete, integrated survey technology solution for Engineering Survey to support survey–grade engineering design, classified LiDAR mapping, and ortho–mosaic imagery.• Solution shall include a LiDAR and High–Definition imagery sensor and compatible bundle.• Support integration with county cybersecurity, identity, logging, endpoint management, and monitoring systems where technically feasible, including county identity provider integration• Firmware and software update process for the aircraft, payload, aircraft controller, field controllers, mobile devices, desktop software, cloud services, and processing software• Provide secure data export capabilities in standard, usable formats for County records management, operational use, public records review, security investigation, and contract transition.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for four years.
