(1) Vendor needs to provide website strategy and digital accessibility consultant services.– Undertaking a refresh of its website and, in parallel, is making intentional efforts to comply with state and federal digital accessibility requirements, including ADA Title II Digital Accessibility Regulations.– Providing project management, data analytics, and evaluation support to ensure the website refresh is carried out in a way that meets the City’s needs and accessibility obligations.– Website refresh process to ensure alignment with state and federal digital accessibility requirements.– Serve as project management support, navigating perspectives and competing priorities, effectively communicating next steps, while ensuring active decision making and progress forward. – Review current practices, evaluate City digital properties for compliance with ADA Title II Digital Accessibility Regulations, and determine gaps. – Co–facilitate focus groups, stakeholder conversations, and presentations. – Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations, related to accessibility compliance. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
