(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting services to the government authority located in Beaverton, OR.– Project management and reporting:– Track overall project progress, schedules, and budgets, and participate in coordination meetings.– Provide information to support required quarterly progress reports, semi–annual financial reporting, and timely updates for all applicable sites.– Community engagement:– Develop a public involvement plan (pip) within ninety (90) days of contract execution, including a language access strategy.– Coordinate with the city's community engagement team and community–based organizations.– Also, prepare outreach materials, fact sheets, web content, and meeting materials in plain language and translated as needed.– Plan and support at least three public meetings (project kick–off, mid–project update, and pre–cleanup planning).– Planning (reuse and cleanup):– Prepare analysis of brownfield cleanup alternatives for selected sites, including evaluation of cleanup options, costs, and site–specific considerations.– Support any required public comment period (typically 30 days), including preparing public–facing materials and summarizing comments received.– Assist with cleanup and reuse planning, including developing site reuse concepts and recommendations to support future redevelopment.– Support the City with area–wide planning activities, including engagement, draft plan development, and final plan preparation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
