Ce marché a pour but, en tranche ferme, l'installation d'un système de climatisation sur l'aile Nord-Ouest de l'école Michelet (celle équipé d'un bardage en polycarbonate). La tranche optionnelle concerne la possibilité de climatiser tout ou partie du bâtiment. Il est entendu que la climatisation totale du bâtiment correspond à la tranche ferme, accompagnée des tranches 2 et 3.
