EQU-19567 - USA (South Hadley, Massachusetts) - Audio Visual Upgrades for the Multipurpose Room - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual upgrades for the multipurpose room to the government authority located in South Hadley, MA. – Install a dedicated Zoom Room conference system that caters to both basic and advanced users, ensuring confidence in the system's flexibility and ease of use.– Must integrate smoothly with our current A/V setup, which utilizes a combined/separate space.– Install a dedicated wireless audio system with at least 8 adjustable gooseneck table microphones that connect with the current audio system.– The system must support future expansion, with hardware capable of handlingup to 16 wireless microphones in total.– The basic user can start or stop the system using a wall–mounted touch screen or connect wirelessly with their own device.– Audio will come from the upgraded wireless gooseneck microphones and existing wireless devices.– To provide clear sound for virtual users and a smooth experience for both people in the room and those joining remotely.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
