(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and advertising services. • Marketing and advertising services that will research and identify target markets; develop integrated marketing and digital marketing strategies; develop and implement advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including media purchases, creative product development, and print, digital and audio–visual production; plan and conduct digital marketing campaigns; and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing program. • Also help assess campaign effectiveness through performance evaluation and reporting.• Strategy, creative development, and media planning/buying, and as an agent for the placement of media and coordination of third–party production services.• Identify and target market segments with the highest potential return on investment.• Promote the launch of new services and facilities.• Support retention of existing riders through customer–focused marketing.• Audit media invoices, manage budgets, and track expenditures.• Define campaign goals, tracking mechanisms, and KPIs to measure success.• Execute production of creative assets for print, broadcast, digital, social media, outdoor, and video advertising(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026
