CONS-22673 - USA (Rowlett, Texas) - Geotechnical Engineering and Material Testing Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide geotechnical engineering and material testing services to the government authority located in Rowlett, TX.– Provide full–service geotechnical engineering and material testing services as needed for the assigned project or task.– Geotechnical Engineering services include testing moisture content, soil stability, compaction, strength, other subsurface soil analysis, and providing recommendations as required for roadway, utility, and facility design.– Material testing may include observing, sampling, and reporting the placement of construction materials, such as concrete, masonry, asphalt, and steel.– The selected consultant must provide proof of certification for assigned field technicians (ACI, CET, etc.).– Have demonstrated accurate and timely on–site testing for their clients.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
