(1) Vendor needs to provide brand development service. • Concepts and revisions: develop and present at least three distinct brand concepts, including name, logo, and tagline, for branding team review, followed by an iterative revision process to refine the preferred concept based on stakeholder feedback• Design versatility: produce a complete logo suite optimized for print, web, billboards, banners, products, and signage.• Brand activation and promotion: provide actionable recommendations on brand articulation, target market segmentation, protocols for brand use by third parties, and promotional avenues to drive awareness locally, regionally, and nationally.• Brand standards and guidelines: develop a brand guide/toolkit that clearly communicates brand standards, implementation, and management to guide usage, ensuring visual and messaging consistency, while maintaining suitable flexibility across target audiences and participating partners.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 25, 2026.
