(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based enterprise resource planning solution. – Provide assess and advise the city in a transition to a modern cloud–based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution or a combination of modern cloud–based enterprise resource planning and human resources information solutions.– Modern enterprise resource planning solutions to orchestrate and automate repeatable industry (municipal government)–standard processes.– Evaluate the effectiveness of the current ERP platform and supporting systems, identify opportunities for process improvement and modernization, and develop a strategic roadmap to guide the city's future ERP, Financial Information System (FIS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) direction.– Include documenting business and technical requirements, evaluating organizational readiness, assessing market solutions, and identifying implementation considerations to support informed decision–making.– Benefits administration.– Bank reconciliation and integration with external banking partners.– Performance management.– Learning management.– Accounts receivable or cash receipts.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
